How can I make sure I comply with the regulations?

To ensure you comply with Building Regulations Part P you can either:

  • Use an electrician/installer who is registered with a  Competent Person's Scheme in which case a building regulation application will not be required for the electrical work (but may be required for other work you are carrying out).
  • Submit a Building Regulation application to us.
