Local investment plan for Aylesbury Vale and Buckinghamshire

AVDC has worked in partnership with the other authorities across Buckinghamshire, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and other partners including AVA, BELP and registered housing providers, to develop the Local Investment Plan (LIP) for Buckinghamshire.

This was produced in response to the HCA’s requirement that areas work together to produce a Local Investment Plan, to help the HCA reach investment decisions in the future. It will also help other funding partners and individual authorities to identify the priority areas for investment as other funding opportunities arise.

The LIP covers housing and the full range of infrastructure, economic development, regeneration and sustainability related to the delivery of that housing. The LIP was produced in September 2010 and will need to be reviewed and updated in the light of the emerging arrangements relating to the structure and focus of the HCA and other agencies.
