Planning application fees
The Government sets fees for planning applications, which were last increased on 6 April 2008.
From 26 February 2010, new fee levels apply for applications to extend the time limits for implementing planning permissions and non material amendments, along with a reduction in the maximum fee for other applications submitted under Schedule 1, Part 2 category 9(b), of the fee regulations.
