In order to assist the Examination in Public of the Aylesbury Vale Core Strategy and to assist in relation to some of the responses to the Inspector's questions in relation to the Aylesbury Growth Arc, Aylesbury Vale District Council (AVDC) has undertaken a summary of the work undertaken throughout the Core Strategy formulation process in relation to the deliverability of the 8 different sites which have been promoted for inclusion in the Core Strategy Aylesbury Growth Arc allocation; deliverability in relation to the evidence of viability, deliverability in respect of any land agreements in place (on site/between sites), and deliverability in terms of any third party consents needed (off site).
This summary includes consideration of the 3 sites which together make up the Eastern Growth Arc identified in Core Strategy policy CS6 as well as other sites that have been considered in the process. This document has been produced to aid to the Examination in Public by providing a consolidated summary in terms of the deliverability of the 8 sites listed.
This information is not part of the required LDF process - however an up-to-date position in a single reference document will save time at the Examination hearing itself.
