In August 2007, Aylesbury Vale Advantage published a schedule of infrastructure to illustrate the range and possible costs of infrastructure needed to support growth in Aylesbury Vale over the next 20 years.

In Autumn 2007, Colin Buchanan and Partners, Hewdon Consulting and Davis Langdon were jointly commissioned by Buckinghamshire CC,  Aylesbury Vale Advantage and ourselves to validate this work and to explore a range of associated funding issues.

The reports (published in January 2008) provided a starting point in terms of defining future infrastructure requirements for Aylesbury Vale.

The requirements have been reviewed and published as a supporting document for the consultation on the direction of housing growth at Aylesbury. This document includes more detailed infrastructure schedules for each of the three growth options.
