A retail study of Aylesbury Vale District was carried out by the consultants G L Hearn in 2005 and has been updated in 2009. The studies include a review of retail data and provides forecasts of retail capacity to 2026. The studies form background work for the preparation of the Local Development Framework, and will be used to inform the retail policies for the District.
