Aylesbury allocated sites

The Aylesbury allocated sites development plan document has, until now been prepared in parallel with the core strategy. It was intended that this document would identify the sites and requirements for new housing, employment and mixed use at Aylesbury. However, government guidance has now changed, and as a result, the strategic allocations at Aylesbury will now be made in the core strategy, and non-strategic allocations will be in the allocated sites document.

The Aylesbury allocated sites document has been subject to two stages of consultation; ‘issues and options’ and ‘preferred options’. Although this document is no longer being prepared, the comments received will still be taken into account when drafting the documents that will contain allocations in Aylesbury.
