Development plan documents

The development plan documents are the main documents that make up the Local Development Framework and contain the policies; they are formally part of the development plan once adopted. The Development Plan Documents will include:

•  Core strategy: which sets out the overall spatial strategy for development in the district, and allocates strategic sites in the district.
