Conservation Areas SPD
The Conservation Areas SPD explains the policy framework and guidance for the process by which conservation areas within Aylesbury Vale District are designated, appraised, monitored and managed.
The Conservation Area SPD was adopted on the 4 March 2011 following a period of public consultation from the 20 January to the 3 March 2010.

The Conservation Areas Management Plan forms part of the evidence base for the SPD document. This document is also available to download free of charge by following the link at the bottom of the page.
You can also request a CD or paper copy of the documents by contacting us by telephone or email. Paper copies of the SPD cost £5 + £0.70 p&p. The management plan costs £10 + £1.20 p&p and the CD (containing both documents) is £4 + £0.50 p&p.
