Inspector's Report Part 2
The Council received Part 2 of the Inspector’s Report, addressing chapters 6-10 of the deposit draft AVDLP, on 25th February 2003. This report covers the policies and proposals relating to Buckingham, Wendover, Haddenham, Winslow and the Rural Areas. As with Part 1 of the report we are making it publicly available, but are not consulting on the Inspector’s recommendations.
In order to speed up publication of the Report, we are publishing it prior to any communication with the Inspectorate on clarity and consistency issues. We shall publish any such correspondance on this website as it arises.
You can download the Inspector’s Report Part 2 below. Copies are available to view at Council Offices and local libraries. Paper copies are available from the Council and cost £50 + £4.65p&p. Please note: every effort has been made in the short time available to ensure that the published version of Part 2 of the Inspector's Report is complete and free from errors. If any later errors or omissions are discovered, subject to the agreement of the Planning Inspectorate, we shall publish a list of corrections on this page, and update the files linked to below.
