Ordnance Survey Plans
A set of 6 Ordnance Survey plans costs £20
They can be purchased from our Customer Services Centre at 66 High Street or can be purchased online by following the link below.
Photocopying charges
Please note that many of our documents can be downloaded free of charge from our website.

(1) Copies of planning decision notices, building control completion certificates and approval notices and tree preservation orders, including copies from microfiche:

(2) Copies of Committee and delegated reports

(3) Copies of up to 20 sides of all other documents up to A3 size, including microfiche

| No additional charge is payable should customers wish to have copies of documents forwarded to them by post. |

| These charges accord with AVDC's charging policy and have been set at a level to recover the (average) cost of providing the information. |

1 Prior to Development Control Committee, copies of Committee reports are sent to agents/applicants and are available on request to others free of charge.

3 This relates to paper plans attached to planning application files and excludes those on microfiche. Plans relating to applications for Building Regulations are protected by copyright and cannot be copied.
