If you’d like to help others have fun on two wheels, British Cycling and AVDC need you.
Join in the biggest ever celebration of cycling in 2012 by helping other people have fun on a bike in your local area
Our Ride Leaders have fun, get a recognised qualification, and inspire cyclists to get more out of their riding. As a British Cycling Ride Leader you’ll plan, deliver and evaluate rides for groups of beginner and intermediate level children or adults. You’ll receive kit, training, support and payment for delivering our Sky Ride Local bike rides.
In return we ask that you commit to being flexible in your availability on Sundays and some Saturdays in the spring, summer and autumn of 2012 and help on at least four Sky Ride Local rides.
Courses coming up soon:
26 May, Aylesbury
2011
A number of volunteers were trained to lead bike rides in their local area and from August - October 2011 they were busy helping local residents enjoy cycling throughout the Aylesbury Vale area.
