The loan of our Shopmobility equipment is free when used in Aylesbury town centre. Although we have a donation box.
For longer periods, or for use outside Aylesbury we make a charge. There is no limit to how long you can have the equipment, or where you take it. All we ask is that you return the equipment in the same condition it was given to you and, should you want to extend your loan, that you do so by paying for it before the current loan period has expired.
In additon to the small charge made for the equipment you will be asked to pay a deposit, this will normally be returned when you return the loaned equipment. If however the equipment is returned late, without prior arrangement, or is returned to us in a damaged state the deposit will not be returned to you.
Please be aware that Shopmobility do not have the facility to process credit or debit card payments and can only accept cash for long term hires.
We would be grateful if any long term hire equipment could be returned by 3pm on the day that it is due back. This allows our team to check the equipment and ensure it is ready for use on the following day.
