How to pay your car park fine
Off-street parking fines
There are a number of ways to pay a Penalty Charge Notice fine:
- By phone - call 01296 585820 to pay by credit or debit card.
- Online – follow this link to online payments.
- In person at our cashiers’ office at Customer Service Centre, 66 High Street, Aylesbury where you can pay by cash, credit card, debit card, cheque or postal order.
- Post - send a cheque or postal order to: Parking Services, Aylesbury Vale District Council, PO Box 569, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP20 2ZW
Cheques should be made payable to Aylesbury Vale District Council. Post dated cheques will not be accepted. Write your vehicle registration number and the Penalty Charge Notice number (this begins with AY) on the back of your cheque or postal order. Send a stamped addressed envelope if you want a receipt.
Do not pay a Penalty Charge Notice fine to a Civil Enforcement Officer.
Losing a Penalty Charge Notice is no reason for not paying the fine. There is a simple procedure to follow:
- Call us on the number at the bottom of the page as soon as possible and tell us
- Your vehicle registration number.
- The date when the Penalty Charge Notice was issued.
- Where you were parked when the Penalty Charge Notice was issued.
We will give you the Penalty Charge Notice number (beginning with AY). You can then pay in any of the ways mentioned.
