Taxi tokens scheme

Taxi tokens are available as an alternative to a free bus pass, if you are physically unable to use a bus service or live in a parish listed in the information document below.

For a charge of £5.00 you can have £60 worth of tokens for use from 1 April 2008 until 31 March 2009.

We will ask you for proof of eligibility and residency.  A passport photograph is required with every taxi token application, this will enable a taxi travel card to be produced and this must be shown to the taxi company before you start your journey.

You can apply for Taxi tokens by filling in the downloadable form below. You must apply in person and take the application form, proof of eligibility, residency and a recent passport-style photo to one of the council offices in Aylesbury, Winslow or Buckingham.
