Roads and pavements
The majority of roads in Bucks are maintained by Bucks County Council as the highway authority.
Private roads and streets should be maintained by the landowner.
Where a new development is built the maintenance of the roads and pavements will be the responsibility of the developer, until they are adopted by the Highway Authority.
