About our funding
Aylesbury Vale District Council have been awarded nearly £135,000 from Sport England’s Community Sport Activation Fund to deliver a three year programme from 2016 to increase participation levels in sports and physical activity in women and girls aged 14 – 40 years. Research shows this group particularly struggle to achieve their recommended 3 x 30 minutes of exercise per week.
