Annie is currently leading an £8 million total transformational change programme across Eastleigh Borough Council. The programme is on time and on target to deliver £2.4m in savings through demand management, remodelling, innovative technology, process improvement and upskilling. She is delivering true transformational change and a radically different model for local government service delivery. The entire transformation is on target to be delivered in under two years finishing this December.
The vast majority of the organisation is impacted and one of the huge challenges she has successfully addressed is to plan the transition for every post and service to its new state, whilst minimising risks to service disruption and maintaining customer standards and business as usual. Leading the internal communication and consultation with employees and trade unions, Annie has also successfully overseen large scale recruitment, redundancies and contract changes with minimal disputes or appeals.
Working closely with Ignite, owners of the Future Model, and Arcus Global, the IT partner, Annie is ensuring the programme is keeping pace to secure digital service process redesign and efficiencies
Annie has an impressive background in leading, managing and transforming services across district and borough councils at senior management level. A skilled communicator, Annie also has considerable experience in driving multi-agency partnerships in a wide range of settings and delivering key outcomes.
