Temporary Event Notices

Please use the existing online process for this if you possibly can.

If you are unable to use the online system, you can submit the form by email (ensuring you copy this to Thames Valley Police Licensing at Licensing@thamesvalley.pnn.police.uk and to the Council’s Environmental Health Department at envhealth.av@buckinghamshire.gov.uk). Alternatively you can apply by post, enclosing a cheque for the fee of £21 made payable to Buckinghamshire Council. Please take care to complete the application form in full. Any incomplete or illegible applications will be rejected and will not be processed. You must also copy the application to Thames Valley Police at Licensing, Thames Valley Police, Headquarters (South), Kidlington, OX5 2NX.

Premises Licences - Gambling Act 2005 and Licensing Act 2003

Applications should be made online where possible. Applications can also be sent to us by email or by post, however please be aware that your application will not be valid until we have received payment (payment can be made over the phone calling 01295 585605 or by enclosing a cheque made payable to Buckinghamshire Council)

Personal licences - Licensing Act 2003

At this time, where possible, please send your application via e-mail to licensing.av@buckinghamshire.gov.uk please include a contact number so that we can contact you for payment. Applications can also be sent by post to the Council Offices for the attention of Licensing. All accompanying documents must be included and any cheques should be made payable to Buckinghamshire Council.

Street traders

There are currently no new street trading consents or pitches available in Aylesbury Vale

Renewal applications

  • You need to print off the application form and complete as normal, including signing and dating the form. Please take care to complete the application form in full. Any incomplete or illegible applications will be rejected and will not be processed.
  • You need to scan this application and email the form to us at licensing.av@buckinghamshire.gov.uk with any supporting documents, ideally in one email. If you do not have access to a scanner, you could try to photograph each page of the form but please note it must be clear and legible or we will not be able to process it.
  • We will be contacting all existing street traders shortly regarding fees for this year.

Small society lottery registrations

  • You need to print off the application form and complete as normal, including signing and dating the form. Please take care to complete the application form in full. Any incomplete or illegible applications will be rejected and will not be processed.
  • You can then either post the application to us at the Council Offices (FAO Licensing) or scan and email it to us at licensing.av@buckinghamshire.gov.uk, with any supporting documents, ideally in one email. If you do not have access to a scanner, you could try to photograph each page of the form but please note it must be clear and legible or we will not be able to process it.
  • When we are ready to process your application, we will call you to take payment over the phone. You can also enclose a cheque if making a postal application made payable to Buckinghamshire Council.
  • When we have a completed correct application and payment, we will process the application. We will issue the licence/permit by email – so please ensure you provide an email address on your application.

Charity collections
