The 2008 awards were presentated by Councillor Sue Polhill, the Cabinet Member for Planned Development and Councillor Netta Glover, Chairman of the Council. The ceremony was sponsored by Savills and HS&P.

Old Thatch,Edlesborough

Highly Commended

A good contemporary extension to a listed building.
