The town centre has seen major change in the last 5 years - and there's plenty more to come.

Aylesbury Town Centre Plan

The Aylesbury Town Centre Plan page sets out a Vision for the town centre and outlines a programme of improvements for key areas of the town.

The development of the Plan has been led by Buckinghamshire Council, working with Aylesbury Town Council.

Improvements in 2015 and 2016

University Campus Aylesbury Vale will open in early 2016. Buckinghamshire Council has worked in partnership with Buckinghamshire New University and Aylesbury College to provide this new education centre on Waterside South, next to the Waterside Theatre.

Work to create a new space for restaurants, apartments and a public square in the heart of the town centre has started. Buckinghamshire Council have worked together to draw up plans for Waterside North.

New names arriving into Aylesbury include Office, H&M, Toymaster, Topshop and Metrobank.
