The AVDC Landlord Forum has changed into the Aylesbury Vale Property Meet

The Property Meet covers the moral, ethical and legal aspects of a landlord forum as well as having key note speakers to assist in making you more entrepreneurial and your business more commercial, should you so wish.
The Property Meet will be held on the second Wednesday of every month in the evening, with networking available from 6:30pm. Each month there will be fresh new key note speakers who focus on one topic. This could be anything from changes in Law, retaining your tenants, brand building, maximising your portfolio, differing property strategies, joint venture partnerships and so on. All of which will be invaluable to make sure your property hobby or business thrives.
These meetings will enable anyone in the property industry whether a landlord, owner, investor or service supplier to network and share information with like minded people in a friendly environment. Specialist council officers and industry professionals, such as representatives from the National Landlords Association (NLA) will also be present to assist you in your endeavors. Volunteers will also be on hand to provide support, help you make connections and deal with any enquiries that you might have.
Whatever your interest is in property, the varied schedule will be designed to meet the changing dynamics in the property world and help you reach out to others, connect and support your journey.
