Inspection of the premises
In order to achieve the highest possible standards for your business, premises will be visited by an experienced and qualified Food Safety Officer. Following their observations, they will provide practical advice to follow when you start trading. Officers shall also advise on the required level of documentation such as hygiene procedures, training of staff and record keeping. Businesses shall be granted up to 2 Hours of officer time during the inspection.
In conjunction with the premises inspection , key considerations shall be outlined in a easy to follow written report. This will involve pinpointing areas requiring improvement including highlighting any long-term objectives for the business and advising on issues of particular/critical food safety importance.
The cost for this service is £200.
