To coincide with National Customer Service Week, Aylesbury Vale District Council (AVDC) has revised and simplified its Comments, Compliments and Complaints policy.
As well as the wording now being easier to understand, the webpage where the policy can be found also has improved navigation - making it simpler for residents to find the information they’re looking for.
Councillor Angela Macpherson, Leader of the Council, said:
“We aim to provide the best possible service to all our residents at all times. However, we also realise there may be times when we don’t quite get it right. But where this happens, we’ll always do our best to put things right and learn from our residents’ feedback, which in turn helps us to continuously improve our services.”
The updated policy allows residents to provide feedback via an online form, telephone or by writing to AVDC.
