One year on from launching, Our Vale, Aylesbury Vale’s crowdfunding platform, has seen success
with a number of incredible community projects smashing their fundraising targets.
To celebrate these fantastic achievements and to encourage more people to get involved, AVDC and
Spacehive are hosting a free-to-attend, interactive workshop at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre on
Thursday 18 July, 2.30pm to 4.30pm. The workshop will explore how the initiative works and provide
insightful tips on how to get your own community project idea ready for crowdfunding. It will also be
an opportunity to hear about the successful projects, find out how to access the £350,000+ of funding
available through the platform, as well as network with likeminded people who want to transform
shared spaces, inspire visitors and enhance Aylesbury Vale.
