Aylesbury’s Foodie Friday traders will be showcasing their products this week in support of British Food Fortnight.
There will be samples to try, and live cookery demonstrations to watch. As well as an impressive selection of British grown ingredients, there will also be specialist culinary and culturally-influenced recipes from around the world.
The event will be compèred by DJ Dan Blaze, who will be interviewing the traders, assisting them with demonstrations of their products and encouraging visitors to try lots of the freshly-made food samples.
The event is the perfect opportunity for visitors to try something new and exciting. They will be able to stock up on fresh produce for the weekend – or simply come to eat some tasty street food for lunch.
Town Centre Manager Diana Fawcett said: “We are delighted to be hosting this event, and we are very proud of the way the Foodie Friday market is developing. It is going from strength to strength, and this is a wonderful opportunity for the traders to showcase themselves to the people of Aylesbury.”
Foodie Friday Live takes place at Aylesbury’s Market Square on 6 October 2017 between 11am-3pm.
