To report a dead animal on public land:
- fill out this form

We are responsible for the removal of dead animals found only on public land. This includes wild animals such as badgers and foxes as well as domestic pets such as cats and dogs.
We are unable to remove dead animals from private property. This is the responsibility of the property owner.
What happens if it is a domestic pet?
When we remove a domestic animal such as a cat or dog, we will try to identify and inform the owner from a collar or microchip. We will store domestic animals in a freezer for a period of time while this process takes place in order to give the owner the opportunity to reclaim their pet.
If your pet is missing and you want to see if we have picked it up, please fill out this form with a full description and likely location along with your preferred contact details.
