He has implemented organisational restructure initiatives; supporting clients to define future capability needed drive organisational and culture change and selecting talented individuals to fill key roles. Before joining Korn Ferry, he was Relationship Director at IBM Kenexa delivering assessment and development solutions for some of UK Government’s largest departments and agencies.
Simon has 20 years’ experience working with organisations to develop and implement their talent strategies. He leads a team of occupational psychologists enabling clients to use psychometrics to make objective people decisions across the talent lifecycle. His expertise includes leadership assessment and development, organisation and culture change and high potential identification. He has worked with leading organisations in a range of industry sectors including financial services, energy utilities, pharmaceuticals, property services, telecoms and media.
