Taking the problem to a magistrates' court yourself

If we’re unable to secure sufficient evidence or pursue the matter further, you can take it to the magistrates’ court yourself.

If we’re unable to secure sufficient evidence or pursue the matter further, you can take it to the magistrates’ court yourself.

This is a simplified low cost procedure that allows you to have a hearing in front of magistrates. You don’t need to be represented by a solicitor.

Make sure you have a record of the dates, times and duration of the nuisance – this will be required of evidence.

If you want to do this, you should complain to:

Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court
301 Silbury Boulevard
Witan Gate East
Central Milton Keynes
MK9 2AJ

Tel: 01908 451145
