How do I apply for a postal or proxy vote?
Postal vote application forms and proxy vote application forms are available to download from the Electoral Commission’s website.
You will need to download an application form, print it off and complete it in wet ink. The completed form can either be scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or posted to Electoral Registration, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8FF
