Wendover Neighbourhood Plan Publication
After many months of hard work and community engagement, Wendover Parish Council submitted it's final version of the Wendover Neighbourhood Development Plan. As the local authority we undertook a six week publication period to provide an opportunity for all parties to comment on the submitted proposals before the plan goes to examination. The consultation commenced on Monday 1 July and closed at 5pm on Monday 12 August 2019.
What is the Wendover Neighbourhood Plan
The Wendover Neighbourhood Plan (WNP) is the emerging development plan for the Wendover Neighbourhood Area, covering the same area as the Parish, for the plan period of 2019 to 2033. On adoption it will form part of the Development Plan, which planning applications in that area will be assessed against. The WNP does not propose allocations for development but instead provides policies for guiding and directing sustainable development in the parish.
